From my point of view its just a bug others would call it inconsistent

Open Preview in 10.5 and compare the print dialog if you:

• Open the dialog with   the shortcut APPLE+P

or

• Via the menu file -> print

• 10.5 ::: I fucking hate AFP in Leopard
• Dreaming about Thunderbird & Apples Addressbook working as team
• Howto resize images automaticly or Howto create workflows using Automator
